The Traulsen G21017P refrigerator has two sections with a capacity of 50.63 cubic feet of interior space. This provides space to stock cold products, such as deli meat and cheese slices, on the six factory-installed, epoxy-coated shelves. The inside of the cabinet has a pass-thru design, so it can be stocked from the front or back side, and the four right-hinged doors remain open when opened past 120 degrees. These doors are lockable to minimize tampering, and their EZ-clean gasket profiles ensure a flush, secure seal. This unit is constructed of a combination of stainless steel and aluminum, and the inside cabinet is foamed in with 2-inch-thick foam. This unit can be easily maneuvered on a set of four 6-inch casters.

The Traulsen G21017P two-section pass-thru refrigerator utilizes R290 refrigerant facilitated using a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system that includes a compressor, condenser, and large evaporator. The condensate evaporator works to reduce excess humidity. This refrigerator holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is managed with the microprocessor control system. A thermostatic expansion valve expands or minimizes the coolant when needed, which is ideal for commercial kitchens with high ambient temperatures.
