Traulsen G21011 Description
The Traulsen G21011 reach-in refrigerator’s self-contained refrigeration system uses non-toxic R450A hydrocarbon refrigerant— along with a condenser, compressor, and evaporator coil— to keep the interior between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To reduce water damage from excessive humidity, this unit is built with a non-electric condensate evaporator. The reach-in refrigerator is easily controlled by using a microprocessor control system with a three-digit LED display that communicates temperatures in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
This two-section, Traulsen G21011 reach-in refrigerator has 46.9-cubic feet of interior space and three epoxy-coated shelves per section to hold inventory. The body is constructed with two full-height doors that stay open when opened past 120 degrees for easy filling. The exterior-mounted switch triggers the LED lighting system, illuminating the cabinet inside. The cabinet exterior front and louver assembly are made of stainless steel, and the cabinet sides and interior are constructed of aluminum. For insulation, the entire body is foamed in with 2-inch-thick polyurethane.
