The Traulsen G20110 two-section reach-in refrigerator measures 52¹/₈ inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83³/₈ inches high with a provided space of 46.02 cubic feet. Each section holds three shelves for a total of six shelves. These shelves are epoxy coated for a corrosion-resistant design useful in humid spaces. To store items such as deli slices, cheese , and hummus, these shelves remain upright with the assistance of pre-installed shelf pins . This unit is constructed with two full-height doors sealed with EZ-clean door gaskets to retain cold temperatures. The outside of the unit is made of stainless steel, the interior is made of aluminum, and the back and bottom are made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel for additional durability and insulation.

The Traulsen G20110 two-section reach-in’s water-resistant microprocessor control panel enables this unit to hold temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The cavity keeps cool using non-toxic R450A hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit’s self-contained system includes a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled compressor, and high-humidity evaporator coil for efficient operation; meanwhile, the non-electric condensate evaporator minimizes water and humidity. The interior is foamed in with high-density polyurethane to contain temperatures.
