The Traulsen G20100 two-section reach-in refrigerator has three shelves in each door section. These shelves are coated in epoxy for corrosion resistance, and their wire design encourages even airflow. Load-Sure Guards are integrated into the cabinet, leaving space for air to flow around the walls without product getting in the way. This unit is made completely of metal with an anodized aluminum interior and exterior sides and a stainless steel exterior. LED lighting brightens the interior, and the half-height doors reduce cold-air loss.

Operating between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the Traulsen G20100 two-section refrigerator has a microprocessor controller that enables users to set the temperature at a specific level. The temperature in the cabinet reads out on the LED display, where operators can choose for the display to be in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Because the refrigeration system is top mounted, the components are distanced from dirt and debris on the floor. The evaporator coil's positioning outside the food zone saves space in the cabinet for storing product. Operators can access the condenser coil quickly since it is front-facing.
