The Traulsen G20001 two-section reach-in refrigerator has two sections and 45⁹/₁₀ cubic feet of usable storage space. Each of the two sections come with three epoxy-coated wire shelves that resist corrosion, rust development, and are adjustable for customizable storage solutions. Designed for a long service life, the heavy-gauge stainless steel front and anodized aluminum interior and sides are durable. Each of the two sections is fitted with two solid, locking half doors to reduce the amount of cold air that escapes when the interior is accessed. These doors open outwards from the middle, self-close, and stay open.

The Traulsen G20001 reach-in refrigerator’s self-contained refrigeration system is top-mounted to keep the evaporator away from settling debris while maximizing the usable space in the cabinet below. The system uses R290 refrigerant and a thermostatic expansion valve to keep its contents between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The full unit measures 52¹/₈ inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83³/₈ inches high, and it sits on four 6-inch casters for mobility and easy placement.
