Traulsen G14303P Description
The Traulsen G14303P full-height heated cabinet has three shelves inside where users can place racks of cooked food to keep it warm until it is served. On the walls, a Load-Sure Guard prevents users from placing items in the flow of heat and preventing even distribution. Because the unit has doors on the front and back, it has a pass-thru design that works well between the front and back of the house. These doors are half height, reducing the amount of heat that escapes by separating the cabinet into sections. With a self-closing design, the doors retain heat and stay open at 120 degrees for convenient loading.
The heating system in this Traulsen G14303P pass-thru mobile heated cabinet is controlled by a microprocessor system with a temperature range between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. When air is forced across the large heater surface, heat flows into the distribution duct and into the cabinet, evenly heating the cabinet without drying out food. Humidity can be controlled by regulating escaping moisture with the top-mounted vent.
