For mobility, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72R-SD-WTRRR worktop refrigerator is equipped with six 4-inch casters. Its three sections feature a total interior space of 18.80 cubic feet, and overall, the unit measures 72³/₁₆ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high. The interior is made of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, while the exterior is constructed of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel. Further providing strength, the six shelves are epoxy coated.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72R-SD-WTRRR undercounter refrigerator's three doors can be propped open 105 degrees to help employees load and unload the product. A 4-inch backsplash is included on the top to capture splatter, preventing messes from splashing onto the wall during food prep. With the unit's electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and a readout is provided on an LED display for monitoring.
