With a cabinet offering 18.8 cubic feet of interior space, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-WTLRR worktop freezer measures 72¹⁄₈ inches wide by 31¹⁄₂ inches deep by 38¹⁄₁₆ inches high. It utilizes a rear-mounted refrigeration system and is self-contained to streamline the installation process. Operators can make temperature adjustments using precise digital controls and monitor the unit’s status with a clear LED readout. To enable mobility for cleaning or service, it’s mounted on 4-inch casters.

Because it has a stainless steel exterior, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-WTLRR three-section freezer provides durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The interior is made of anodized aluminum to further protect against corrosion, and each section includes two shelves coated with a protective epoxy. It holds product at temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit, and to minimize temperature increases, it’s insulated with high-density polyurethane. Operators can access the cabinet through three right-hinged doors, which each have a 105-degree stay-open mechanism that supports comfortable unloading and loading.
