With its stainless steel exterior, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-RRR undercounter freezer is durable enough to support heavy commercial use. The interior is made of anodized aluminum to protect against corrosion, and each section is furnished with two epoxy-coated shelves. It holds product between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit, and to retain cold air, it’s insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Operators can access the cabinet through three right-hinged doors, and they each have a 105-degree stay-open mechanism that enables unobstructed loading and unloading.

Intended for undercounter installation, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-RRR three-section freezer measures 72³⁄₁₆ inches wide by 31¹⁄₂ inches deep by 34¹⁄₁₆ inches high. It operates with a rear-mounted refrigeration system, and because it’s self-contained, it’s simple to install. Employees can make temperature adjustments using precise digital controls and monitor the unit’s status with an easy-to-read LED display. To enable mobility for cleaning or routine maintenance, it’s mounted on 4-inch casters.
