This Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60R-GD-WTLR worktop refrigerator uses a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system to maintain temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. As inventory changes, the operator can adjust temperatures with the LED temperature control, while the temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius help operators monitor product holding temperatures. Foamed-in-place polyurethane is built into the cabinet for high-density insulation that helps preserve temperatures, and the refrigeration system's rear-mounted location can be accessed quickly to streamline maintenance and cleaning requirements.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60R-GD-WTLR compact refrigerator's worktop is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and measures 60¹/₄ inches wide for storing small pieces of equipment and preparing ingredients. The 4-inch backsplash built into the rear edge of the worktop helps contain messes that would otherwise end up on adjacent surfaces. Four epoxy-coated shelves are built into the cabinet and can hold as much as 150 pounds each. Designed with a stainless steel exterior and an anodized aluminum cabinet interior, this refrigerator can endure heavy-duty use and is furnished with 4-inch casters for stabilizing and maneuvering.
