Their left-hinged, field-reversible structures can be secured at a 105-degree open position for unobstructed access to the cabinet's interior. Each section of the reach-in cabinet is equipped with two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated wire shelves that resist corrosion and can hold 150 pounds. Overall, this 60¹/₂-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 34¹/₁₆-inch-high structure has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum cabinet interior. The unit is mounted on 4-inch-high casters, and the front casters are locked for stabilization.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60R-GD-LL undercounter refrigerator's refrigeration system produces temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation built into the doors and cabinet help preserve temperatures. Users can adjust temperatures via the user-friendly interface; this LED display also provides temperature readouts in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system has a rear-facing compressor that can be accessed quickly for cleaning and servicing.
