To accommodate spatial limitations, this Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60F-SD-WTRR compact worktop freezer measures 60¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high and has two right-hinged, solid doors that can be reversed in the field. The unit's top is made of durable stainless steel that can be used to hold small pieces of equipment or for food preparation tasks, while a spill-containing, 4-inch-tall backsplash is built into the rear edge of the worktop. Beneath the worktop, a two-section, reach-in cabinet is equipped with four adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves that resist corrosion.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60F-SD-WTRR worktop freezer's self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is built into the doors and cabinets to preserve temperatures, and the electronic LED display lets operators adjust and monitor temperatures as inventory changes.
