To accommodate inventory changes, operators can adjust and track the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60F-SD-LR compact undercounter freezer's temperature with the user-friendly LED display. This unit has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that maintains temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the doors and cabinet are built with 2³/₈-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane, when the doors are opened or the freezer is stored in high ambient temperatures, interior temperatures are retained.

Able to withstand high-volume use, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-60F-SD-LR undercounter freezer's interior is made of rust-resistant, anodized aluminum while the exterior has a sturdy, corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior. For full insulation, two solid doors are built onto the cabinet that are left and right hinged in addition to being field reversible. To ease product loading, retrieval, and inventory checks, these doors stay open at a 105-degree position. The two-section, reach-in cabinet is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves per section that can be raised or lowered to support different product heights. Designed for kitchens with limited space, this unit measures 60¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with 4-inch casters.
