The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-WTLR compact worktop refrigerator produces temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant. High-density polyurethane is foamed in place into the cabinet's construction to preserve temperatures, even when the doors are opened for short periods of time or the unit is stored in a hot ambient temperature. Users can track and adjust temperatures with the electronic controls and three-digit LED display that provides a readout in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

This Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-WTLR worktop refrigerator measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high, has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, and is furnished with rigid and braking casters. The 48³/₁₆-inch-wide worktop section provides ample space to store small pieces of equipment, such as blenders and mixers, and establish a food prep station. A 4-inch backsplash is also built into the rear section of the unit to help contain spills. Inside the two-section cabinet, two epoxy-coated shelves are built into each section and can be adjusted to accommodate different product sizes. To maximize storage, each shelf can hold 150 pounds. Two solid doors encasing the unit can be locked in an open, 105-degree angle to streamline product removal, insertion, and inventory checks. One door is left hinged, and the other door is right hinged, though the hinges are field reversible to accommodate different kitchen layouts.
