To maximize functionality, this Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-GD-WTRR undercounter refrigerator has a 48³/₁₆-inch-wide worktop featuring a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction that withstands high-volume use. The top is furnished with a 4-inch-high backsplash that can help contain messes to streamline cleaning tasks. Beneath the worktop, a two-section cabinet is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves per section that can be adjusted to support different product sizes. Two glass doors provide a clear view of product and can be secured at a 105-degree angle to minimize obstructions during loading and unloading. Because it's mounted on 4-inch casters, two of which brake, this 48¹/₄-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 38¹/₁₆-inch-high unit can be moved and locked in place.

The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-GD-WTRR undercounter refrigerator with worktop generates temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its cabinet its built with high-density, foamed-in-place insulation that helps retain temperatures, even when the doors are opened for short periods of time or the refrigerator is stored in a hot environment. For temperature management, built-in electronic controls are displayed on an LED interface that provides temperature readouts in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
