The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-GD-LL undercounter refrigerator produces and maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Foamed-in-placed polyurethane insulation built into the cabinet helps preserve temperatures when the doors are opened for short periods of time, or when the unit is stored in a hot environment. As inventory changes, users can adjust and manage temperatures with the electronic controls on the LED display. This 48¹/₄-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 34¹/₁₆-inch-high structure's exterior is stainless steel and the cabinet interior is constructed of anodized aluminum. For stability, it's mounted on 4-inch casters and the front set can be locked in position.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-GD-LL compact undercounter refrigerator features a two-section cabinet with two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves per section. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds and be raised or lowered to accommodate various product heights. Two left-hinged doors with metal handles encase the cabinet and can be locked at a 105-degree open angle to simplify product loading and retrieval. Because the middle section of both doors are made of transparent glass, users can check inventory quickly without opening the doors.
