This Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTRR compact undercounter freezer's self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system produces temperatures from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the doors and cabinet are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, there is a reduced risk of temperature spikes when the doors are opened for short periods or when the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures. Users can track and modify temperatures with the LED display and electronic controls, which provide readouts in Fahrenheit and Celsius.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTRR worktop freezer cabinet's two-section layout includes two epoxy-coated shelves per section, each holding 150 pounds with the ability to be adjusted to accommodate various product sizes. Two solid, right-hinged doors are built onto the cabinet, have a swing-out design, and can be locked in place at a 105-degree open position to simplify product removal and insertion. The worktop above the cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is 48³/₁₆ inches wide to provide ample space to store small pieces of equipment and prepare foods. A 4-inch backsplash can help contain messes and spills to reduce cleaning requirements. Overall, the unit is 48¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high and is mounted on swivel and braking casters.
