The two-section freezer cabinet of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLL compact undercounter freezer has four epoxy-coated shelves that can hold 150 pounds each. For versatility, these shelves can be raised or lowered to accommodate various product sizes. Two solid, left-hinged doors encase the cabinet and can swing out and be locked in a 105-degree position so users can load and retrieve product quickly. On top of the freezer, a 48³/₁₆-inch-wide stainless steel worktop provides ample space for ingredient preparation and equipment storage, while a 4-inch-high backsplash can help prevent messes from ending up on adjacent surfaces.

This Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLL worktop freezer's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the cabinet has an anodized aluminum interior construction. Overall, it measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with swivel and braking casters for smooth maneuvering. To ensure products are held at temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit, operators can track and adjust temperatures on the LED control display. A self-contained, rear-mounted system produces consistent temperatures, and the cabinet and doors are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
