Each section of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-RR compact undercounter freezer has two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves that can each hold 150 pounds and be raised or lowered to accommodate various product sizes. Two solid, right-hinged doors are built onto the cabinet and can be locked in a 105-degree open position for quick product loading and retrieval. A 48¹/₄-inch-wide worktop is built above the freezer section to maximize functionality, and it's made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Overall, the unit measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high and is equipped with 4-inch swivel and braking casters.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-RR worktop freezer uses self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration to maintain temperatures from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. To preserve these temperatures when the doors are opened for short periods of time or the unit is stored in a hot environment, the cabinet and doors are insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane. Users can adjust and monitor temperatures with the user-friendly, temperature-control LED display that provides Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature readouts.
