To maximize storage, this Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-DW undercounter freezer has four fully removable drawers that each accommodate a half-size food pan and third-size food pan, which are sold separately. The drawers are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to extend their service life and have a foamed-in-place, recessed handle that provides a comfortable grip. Above the drawers, a 48¹/₄-inch-wide worktop grants ample space for users to prepare ingredients and store frequently used items. Overall, this unit has a stainless steel construction that measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with 4-inch locking and swivel casters.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-DW compact worktop freezer uses a self-contained, rear-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system to maintain temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density polyurethane insulation is built into the cabinet and drawers to retain temperatures when the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures. Users can adjust and track temperatures with the three-digit LED display, which is equipped with temperature controls and a Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature readout.
