The 36.19-inch-wide worktop on the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-WTLR compact worktop refrigerator is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, and a 4-inch backsplash lines the back edge of the surface to contain messes and reduce cleaning tasks. Beneath the worktop, a two-section, reach-in refrigerated cabinet has two swing-out doors that can be secured in a 105-degree open position to streamline inventory checks, product loading, and retrieval. Each section has two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves that hold 150 pounds and can be raised or lowered to accommodate various product sizes. Overall, this unit measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high and is mounted on locking and swivel casters.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-WTLR undercounter refrigerator's self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system produces and maintains safe operating temperatures—32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit—and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, foamed-it-place polyurethane to preserve temperatures, even if the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures. This unit's LED display provides a temperature readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and operators can adjust temperatures with the electronic controls.
