The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-RR undercounter refrigerator measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high, which is great for kitchens lacking space. The top section of this corrosion-resistant stainless steel unit is a 36¹/₄-inch-wide worktop that can double as a storage space or food prep area. This unit's two-section bottom cabinet includes four adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves that can hold 150 pounds each. Two right-hinged, solid doors encase the cabinet and can be locked in a 105-degree open position to streamline product loading. For smooth maneuvering, the refrigerator is equipped with 4-inch swivel and braking casters.

Designed to produce and maintain temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-RR worktop refrigerator uses a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration unit. To preserve safe temperatures through high ambient temperatures and frequent door opening, the cabinet and solid doors are insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane. Operators can adjust and track temperatures with the electronic controls, which include an LED display control with temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
