To preserve products between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-LR worktop refrigerator's cabinet and doors are insulated with 2.38-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. It uses a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system to produce consistent temperatures, and operators can manage temperatures with the integrated, electronic controls and LED display that provides temperature readouts in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Inside the two-section refrigerated cabinet, its four epoxy-coated shelves can be raised or lowered to accommodate different product heights, and each shelf can hold 150 pounds.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-SD-LR undercounter refrigerator's two swing-out, hinged doors can be secured in a 105-degree open position to simplify product insertion, removal, and inventory checks. A 36.25-inch-wide stainless steel worktop is built on top of the cabinet for ingredient preparation. Designed with transportation in mind, this 36.25-inch-wide by 31.50-inch-deep by 34.06-inch-high structure is furnished with two braking casters and two swivel casters.
