Great for kitchens with limited space, this Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-GD-WTLR compact undercounter refrigerator includes a worktop made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The worktop's flat, 36.19-inch-wide surface is compatible with food preparation, and it has a 4-inch backsplash that helps minimize messes on adjacent surfaces. Beneath the worktop, a two-section cabinet includes two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves per section that can be raised or lowered. Made of anodized aluminum, the cabinet's interior is geared for high-volume applications. Both of the doors encasing the cabinet can be locked in a 105-degree open position to streamline product loading and retrieval. Overall, this unit measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 33 inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with 4-inch-high casters that swivel and brake.

To ensure foods are held at appropriate temperatures, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-GD-WTLR undercounter refrigerator with worktop maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. The cabinet is insulated with high-density, 2³/₈-inch-thick polyurethane that is foamed in place to help retain temperatures, and the doors have a glass structure that lets users clearly see into the cabinet without opening the doors. Operators can manage and adjust temperatures with the LED display control, which provides temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
