This Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-GD-LR compact refrigerator's interior is made of corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum. Employees can access the cabinet through one right-hinged and one-left hinged door, which are made of glass to provide a preview of the interior. Designed with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit holds product at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can monitor and adjust these levels using electronic controls and a clear LED display.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36R-GD-LR two-section refrigerator measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 33 inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high, suiting it for undercounter installation. It's divided into two sections, and each is furnished with two epoxy-coated shelves. To minimize temperature fluctuations, this unit is built with high-density polyurethane insulation. Mounted on casters, this unit can be transported for routine maintenance or cleaning purposes.
