The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36F-SD-WTLL worktop freezer is a two-section unit that offers 9 cubic feet of interior space. Each section is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves to support product, and the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent temperature changes. To support rigorous use in high-volume settings, its exterior is constructed of dent-, corrosion-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel, and its interior is made of anodized aluminum. Overall, this unit measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 38¹/₁₆ inches high.

Designed to be relocated as needed, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36F-SD-WTLL two-section freezer is equipped with four 4-inch-high casters. It operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and it has a temperature holding range of -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. To simplify the installation process, its refrigeration system is self-contained. Operators can adjust the temperature and monitor it with electronic controls and an LED readout.
