Operators can adjust the temperature of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36F-SD-LL undercounter freezer between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit using precise electronic controls. It maintains these temperatures using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a refrigeration system that's self-contained to expedite installation. To prevent cold air from seeping out of the cabinet, it's built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The interior is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves per section on which users can store and organize product.

The exterior of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36F-SD-LL two-section freezer is made of rust- and dent-resistant stainless steel, suiting it to high-volume use in commercial settings. The interior is constructed of anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance, and it offers 9 cubic feet of interior space. Both of its left-hinged doors are field reversible and can be secured at a 105-degree angle to streamline product loading and retrieval. Overall, this unit measures 36¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high.
