To provide an interior view of product stored inside the cabinet, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-27R-GD-R undercounter refrigerator includes a glass front. It can stay open at 105 degrees to help employees load the shelves and retrieve items without it slamming. Coated with epoxy, the shelves are rust resistant, while the exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is anodized aluminum. This unit's refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation and rear mounted to facilitate access.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-27R-GD-R worktop refrigerator has an LED display to monitor the temperature and electronic controls to adjust it from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It's positioned on 4-inch casters to enable mobility, so it's simple to relocate or reposition to clean underneath it. Overall, it measures 27¹/₂ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 34 inches high with 6.5 cubic feet of interior space.
