Positioned on 4-inch casters, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7230-SD-LLL sandwich prep table can be transported and repositioned easily. To resist corrosion, the six shelves are epoxy coated; for further resilience, the interior is made of anodized aluminum while the exterior is constructed of stainless steel. This three-section unit measures 72¹/₂ inches wide by 35³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high and its three doors can be propped open at 105 degrees to help users load and unload the cabinet.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7230-SD-LLL prep table operates with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Its self-contained refrigeration system is simple to install and is mounted in the rear for quick access when maintenance is needed. Adjustable with electronic controls, the temperature operates in the range of 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An LED display lets employees monitor the temperature for accuracy, and to reduce energy loss, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
