Operated with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-RRR salad prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains a temperature of 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes 20 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans and can accommodate pans as deep as 6 inches to hold various ingredients. Providing durability for high-volume use, the six shelves are coated in rust-resistant epoxy, the exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior is anodized aluminum.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-RRR sandwich prep table is equipped with an LED display that employees can use to monitor the current temperature, which can be adjusted using the unit's electronic controls. Its three solid, right-hinged doors remain open at 105 degrees to facilitate cabinet loading and product retrieval. To enable mobility, the unit is fitted with 4-inch casters.
