Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LRR 72" Centerline™ Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LRR sandwich prep table is fitted with 4-inch casters to enable mobility. Electronic controls are used to adjust the temperature from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit; to ensure the cabinet operates correctly, users can monitor its LED display. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel and its interior is constructed of anodized aluminum that resists corrosion. Operating with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the rear-mounted refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation.

The three sections of the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LRR salad prep table include six shelves, coated in epoxy to resist rust. Accessed via roll-top lid, the top includes 20 sixth-size pans that are 4 inches deep, although it can accommodate pans as deep as 6 inches. The three doors can be propped open at 105 degrees to streamline cabinet loading and product retrieval. To reduce energy loss and prevent temperature fluctuations, the unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
