The bottom portion of the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LLL compact sandwich prep table sports a three-section, reach-in layout to maximize product storage. Each section includes two adjustable, heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves, which hold 150 pounds each. These cabinets maintain temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. Solid doors encase the cabinet, and they're fully insulated with 2⁷/₈-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent unexpected temperature increases. To ensure product is held at the correct temperature, users can track and adjust temperatures on the LED display control, which features temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius.

The top section of the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LLL sandwich prep table comes with (20) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans, and a roll-down lid encases the food pans to protect them from contaminants when the unit isn't in use. To streamline food prep, a cutting board spans the length of the table and can be removed for cleaning. The unit's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the cabinet's interiors have an anodized aluminum construction. Overall, it measures 72¹/₂ inches wide by 32³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high and is mounted on casters that swivel and brake.
