Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6024-SD-LR 60" Centerline™ Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed with a cutout top section that comes with 24 sixth-size pans with a 4-inch depth, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6024-SD-LR Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table has a roll-top lid that can be pulled down to protect the pans' contents from potential contaminants. A full-length cutting board is built onto the front of the table to simplify the food prep process, and it can be removed for cleaning. Beneath the top section, the two-section cabinet is equipped with four heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves that can be raised and lowered to accommodate various product heights. To minimize temperature fluctuations, two solid doors encase the cabinet, and they can be secured in a 105-degree open position for product loading and retrieval.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6024-SD-LR prep table's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the interior has an anodized aluminum construction. Overall, it measures 60⁹/₁₆ inches wide by 35³/₄ inches deep by 44⁹/₁₆ inches high, and it's furnished with swivel and braking casters that facilitate smooth maneuverability. To ensure products are held at safe temperatures, the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system produces temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet and doors are insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, high-density polyurethane. Users can adjust and monitor temperatures with the LED display control, which provides temperature readouts in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
