The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6016-DW compact sandwich prep table's top cutout section comes with 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans. Users can chop ingredients on the 12-inch-deep by ³/₄-inch-thick, full-length, removable cutting board built into the table to streamline the food preparation process. When the unit isn't in use, the food pans can be covered with the roll-top lid, which fully encloses the cutout section. Beneath the top section, four pullout drawers each accommodate a 6-inch-deep, full-size food pan that can be purchased separately, and the drawers can be removed for cleaning. Overall, this unit measures 60⁹/₁₆ inches wide by 32³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high. It's made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance, and it's mounted on swivel and braking casters for mobility.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6016-DW prep table has a refrigerated base that uses a self-contained, rear-mounted system to maintain temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can track temperatures with the LED display unit, and as inventory changes, users can adjust temperatures with the electronic controls. The drawers and cabinet are made with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent temperature fluctuations, even when the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures.
