Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4818-DW 48" Centerline™ Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

To streamline the food preparation process, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4818-DW compact Mega Top prep table includes 18 sixth-size food pans with a 4-inch depth in its top cut-out section. A full-length polyethylene cutting board is built onto the front of the table and can be removed for cleaning. A roll-down top lid creates a barrier to protect the food pans' contents from potential contaminants. The table's base includes four pullout, refrigerated drawers—each of which holds a 6-inch-deep, full-size food pan that can be purchased separately. This 48⁹/₁₆-inch-wide by 35³/₄-inch-deep by 44⁹/₁₆-inch-high unit's exterior is made of stainless steel, and drawers' interiors have an anodized aluminum construction. For smooth movement and sturdy stability, it's mounted on casters that brake and swivel.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4818-DW prep table is cooled with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system to ensure food is held at safe temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can monitor and adjust temperatures with the LED display, which provides temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Each drawer is insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane to minimize temperature spikes when the drawers are opened for short periods of time.
