This Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4812-SD-LR compact sandwich prep table's exterior is made of high-quality stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of anodized aluminum; together, these metals resist corrosion and withstand daily, high-volume use. The unit's top cutout section includes 12 sixth-size pans with a 4-inch depth, and a 12-inch-deep, removable cutting board is positioned in front of the food pans to streamline ingredient preparation. When the unit isn't in use, users can pull down the roll-top lid to shield the food pans from contaminants. Overall, it measures 48⁹/₁₆ inches wide by 32³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high and is equipped with 4-inch casters that swivel and brake.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4812-SD-LR sandwich prep table's cabinet base includes two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves per section that hold as much as 150 pounds each and be raised or lowered to accommodate different product heights. To maintain temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, it has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system and is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. To ensure product is held at safe temperatures, users can monitor and adjust temperatures with the electronic controls and LED display. Its two solid doors are left and right hinged, swing out, and can be locked in a 105-degree open position to streamline product loading and retrieval.
