To maximize ingredient storage while users prepare sandwiches, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-3615-SD-LL Mega Top sandwich prep table can hold 15 sixth-size food pans with 4-inch depths on its top section. Its two-section bottom cabinet has two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves per section; they can be raised or lowered to accommodate different product heights. Each shelf holds at maximum 150 pounds. A lid on top of the unit can be rolled down to protect food pans when the unit's inactive.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-3615-SD-LL prep table is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and its interior has an anodized aluminum construction. The base is cooled by the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, which maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane to reduce the risk of temperature spikes. To ensure product is held at the appropriate temperature, this unit includes a user-friendly LED display that provides Fahrenheit or Celsius readouts and the ability to adjust temperatures. Overall, it measures 36⁹/₁₆ inches wide by 35³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high and is fitted with 4-inch casters that facilitate swiveling and braking.
