Designed to store prepared ingredients and provide space for chopping fruits, vegetables, meats, and breads, this Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2712-DW Mega Top prep table's top section includes 12 sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths and has a full-length, removable, white polyethylene cutting board. A roll-top lid can be closed on top of the food pans to shield product from potential contaminants. The unit's base includes two pull-out drawers that can each accommodate a full-size, 6-inch-deep food pan, which is sold separately. The drawers can be removed for cleaning and are built with handles that ensure a comfortable grip.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2712-DW prep table maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-450A refrigerant. Because its cabinet and drawers are insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, it can retain temperatures, even when the drawers are opened for short periods of time. Users can track and adjust temperatures with the three-digit LED display controller. For mobility during general upkeep or at catering events, it's mounted on 4-inch casters and measures 27⁷/₈ inches wide by 35³/₄ inches deep by 44 inches high. Its stainless steel construction and anodized aluminum interior resist corrosion while sporting a sleek, classic appearance.
