To accommodate large loads of products, the Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-HS-LR reach-in refrigerator has two sections with three adjustable, strong, epoxy-coated shelves per section; each shelf can hold 150 pounds. The four half-size, swing-out, solid doors provide full access to a specific part of the unit, and to ease product retrieval and loading, they can be locked at a 110-degree position. Their self-closing design seals the doors in place to prevent temperature fluctuations that could impact food quality. The doors and louver have a rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, while the sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum. This full-height model measures 53³/₄ inches wide by 33¹/₂ inches deep by 82 inches high and is equipped with locking casters for transportation and stability.

This Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-HS-LR two-section, reach-in refrigerator has a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to generate temperatures from 36 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To maintain temperatures, the doors are insulated with 2³/₈-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The condenser is front-facing for accessible cleaning and maintenance. Users can adjust temperatures via the electronic digital controller, which features a three-digit LED display and a Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature scale.
