To reduce wasted energy, the Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-HG-LR reach-in refrigerator is built with four half-height doors, so only part of the cabinet must be opened for access. This 55³/₄-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 82-inch-high structure has two sections and 45.13 cubic feet of interior space. To enable monitoring, the doors are made of glass, and an LED display provides a constant readout of the current temperature level. The temperature can be adjusted from 36 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-HG-LR two-section refrigerator's six shelves are adjustable to hold a range of items. Coated in epoxy, these shelves are corrosion resistant, and they're made of wire to promote air circulation and ensure uniform product cooling. The sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, and the front is made of durable stainless steel, which won't rust or corrode.
