The Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-FS-LR two-section refrigerator has one left-hinged door and one right-hinged door. When the cabinet is accessed, the doors can be propped open 110 degrees, but they self-close if an employee releases them before this point to ensure temperatures don't fluctuate. The 45.88-cubic-feet interior includes six shelves to accommodate products, and they're made of wire for uniform cooling. To resist corrosion, the shelves are epoxy coated, the unit's front is made of stainless steel, and its sides and interior are anodized aluminum.

Equipped with 4-inch casters, the Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-49R-FS-LR reach-in refrigerator can be transported and repositioned easily. This two-section structure measures 55³/₄ inches wide by 33 inches deep by 82 inches high. Through the electronic controls, employees can adjust the temperature from 36 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It can also be monitored using an LED display.
