Inside, it offers 20.5 cubic feet of interior space; its three shelves are coated with epoxy for additional corrosion resistance. Operators can access the cabinet through two right-hinged, solid half doors. The doors self-close to preserve cold air and remain open past 110 degrees to streamline loading.

To streamline installation, the Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-23R-HS-R one-section refrigerator features a self-contained refrigeration system. It operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and its condenser coil is accessible for cleaning and routine maintenance. Because it's mounted on casters, it can be relocated in the kitchen or wheeled out of the way for cleaning. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane to preserve product temperatures.
