Its front and louver are made of stainless steel—a strong, easy-to-clean metal with excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. For additional corrosion resistance, its sides and interior are constructed of anodized aluminum, and its three shelves are coated in protective epoxy. This single-section model offers 20.5 cubic feet of interior space.

To prevent cold air from seeping out of the cabinet, the Centerline by Traulsen CLBM-23R-HG-L one-section refrigerator is built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Its refrigeration system is self-contained—which makes it fast and simple to install—and its condenser coil is accessible for maintenance and cleaning. Using electronic controls, operators can adjust the unit's temperature between 36 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, it measures 27 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 78 inches high.
