Traulsen AIH332L-FHS Description
With its three 665⁄16-inch-high doors, the Traulsen AIH332L-FHS Spec-Line heated cabinet accommodates three 66-inch-tall pan racks in each of its three sections. Operators can roll racks up the included stainless steel ramps and into the unit, and stainless steel rack guides help secure the racks in position. The three full-height doors lock in an open position when pushed past 120 degrees, so users don't have to hold the doors open when loading the racks. Designed to withstand heavy use, its exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the interior is anodized aluminum.
To eliminate cold spots, the Traulsen AIH332L-FHS roll-in heated cabinet uses a ducted fan air distribution system, which circulates warm air evenly throughout the cabinet. Its serpentine-style heater produces temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and because the cabinet and doors are lined with 2-inch-thick, high-density polyurethane insulation, temperatures are preserved, even when some doors are opened and the unit is stored in cool or warm environments. Operators can adjust temperatures with the Smart Control system, which provides an easy-to-read digital LED display. This technology also alerts users if a critical event occurs, such as a power failure, by illuminating its visual alarms.
