With its 27¹⁄₈-inch door width and 66⁵⁄₁₆-inch door height, the Traulsen AIH132LP-FHS Spec-Line heated cabinet provides ample space for operators to load and remove a 66-inch-tall pan rack. The roll-thru design features a front and back door—both full length and made of solid stainless steel. To streamline insertion and removal, the doors lock in place when opened past 120 degrees, so users don't have to hold the door open. Stainless steel rack guides help secure the pan in place, and stainless steel ramps are included to simplify rolling the rack into the cabinet.

To ensure warm air circulates evenly, the Traulsen AIH132LP-FHS roll-thru heated cabinet uses a ducted fan air distribution system, and its serpentine-type heater produces temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to create a safe holding environment. The microprocessor system enables operators to manage and adjust temperatures while alerting users of potential issues, such as power failure, with its visual alarms. To preserve temperatures when the unit is stored in cool or warm environments, the doors and cabinet are lined with high-density polyurethane insulation.
