With a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Traulsen AHF332WP-FHS Spec-Line pass-thru heated cabinet creates a safe environment to hold prepared foods hours before serving. It uses a ducted fan air distribution system to circulate warm air evenly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots that can impact food quality. To preserve temperatures when the unit is stored in cool or warm areas, the doors and cabinet are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. If the unit experiences a critical event, such as an unexpected power failure, the Smart Control system's visual LED alarm will illuminate to alert the operator. Operators can use this microprocessor system to adjust temperatures and manage the operation status.

This Traulsen AHF332WP-FHS heated cabinet's pass-thru configuration grants access to the cabinet's interior from the front and back of the unit. Each of the three sections has two correlating, full-length stainless steel doors, which lock in an open position when opened past 120 degrees and close automatically if opened less than 120 degrees. To prevent tampering, these doors also have locks. Each section is equipped with three adjustable wire shelves with a 225-pound capacity each. To extend its service life, the interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior is stainless steel. Overall, this cabinet measures 86¹⁄₈ inches wide by 37¹⁵⁄₁₆ inches deep by 83¹⁄₄ inches high and is mounted on adjustable stainless steel legs.
