This Traulsen AHF332WP-FHG Spec-Line heated cabinet's pass-thru layout enables operators to access food pans from the front and back of the unit. All three sections have three adjustable wire shelves with a 225-pound capacity each. A clear glass door built into the front and back of each section provides a full view of product for quick identification, and the doors can stay in a locked position when opened past 120 degrees, streamlining pan insertion and removal. The unit's exterior is made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel, while the interior is anodized aluminum. Both metals are durable and withstand heavy use. To prevent wobbling when stored on irregular flooring, this 86¹⁄₈-inch-wide by 37¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch-deep by 83¹⁄₄-inch-tall cabinet is fitted with adjustable stainless steel legs.

The Traulsen AHF332WP-FHG pass-thru cabinet's serpentine-style heater generates temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to create a safe holding environment for prepared foods. To eliminate cold spots and ensure the cabinet is heated evenly, its ducted fan air distribution system circulates warm air throughout the interior. Operators can adjust temperatures with the built-in microprocessor controls, which also include smart sensors to acclimate the unit to different environments and usage patterns. If a critical event occurs, such as a power failure, an alarm LED will illuminate to notify the user. To reduce the risk of temperature changes, the doors and cabinet are insulated with polyurethane.
