Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS Description
By propping the doors open 120 degrees, users can easily load and unload the Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS insulated heated cabinet. Doors are built onto each side for pass-thru use, and they have a self-closing feature that reduces heat loss. Designed with a standard-depth cabinet and two sections, this unit measures 58 inches wide by 37.94 inches deep by 83.25 inches high, and it includes six adjustable shelves to hold product. These shelves are made of wire with gaps to permit air circulation for even heating.
The Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS full-height heated cabinet circulates air using a ducted fan air distribution system. To effectively keep product warm, it operates within the range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is made of strong, corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the exterior has a stainless steel construction that provides enough strength for repeated use. Fitted with adjustable legs, this unit sits stably on irregular surfaces.
