Traulsen AHF232W-HHS Description
Great for holding product until it's served, the Traulsen AHF232W-HHS full-height heated cabinet has two sections and six adjustable shelves. Gaps in the wire shelves paired with a ducted fan air distribution system ensure food is heated evenly, and using microprocessor controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To optimize product retrieval, incandescent lights illuminate the cabinet when the doors are opened, and the doors can be propped open 120 degrees to prevent slamming.
The Traulsen AHF232W-HHS insulated heated cabinet features a durable stainless steel construction that can withstand use in heavy-duty applications. The interior is made of aluminum—a resilient metal that won't corrode over time. With its 6-inch adjustable legs, the unit can be installed on uneven surfaces without wobbling or slanting.
