Traulsen AHF132WP-HHS Description
To hold product in ideal conditions, the Traulsen AHF132WP-HHS full-height heated cabinet maintains temperatures of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and it operates with a ducted fan air distribution system. Its half doors help preserve energy by providing access to one area while the other door remains closed. Built into both sides, these doors enable pass-thru use. They can self-close if an employee forgets, or they can be propped open to facilitate cabinet access.
The Traulsen AHF132WP-HHS insulated heated cabinet has three shelves to contain items, and to ensure even heating, the shelves have a wire construction. To provide durability, it has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, both of which are corrosion resistant. The cabinet contains high-density polyurethane insulation to help preserve warm air and energy.
